Reimaging Revelations
March 1 & 8, 2026

Class Description
Apocalypse is an important buzzword these days, from to climate change to nuclear proliferation to the Middle East and beyond. But what does apocalypse really mean? How does this meaning relate to the world of the Revelation of John? And how might revelation’s Greek meaning, “unveiling,” help us to see and imagine our worlds anew? Over the course of our two weeks together we will explore these and other questions, looking at Revelation in its ancient context and thinking about its possibilities—and pitfalls—for making meaning and community together today.
