Join us and learn about a ministry close to our hearts! Almost 25 years ago, a vision was born right here at Trinity UMC by Trinity member Mark Ely. That vision became Pura Vida, a non-profit dedicated to meaningful, respectful, and long-term support for communities in Guatemala.
Trinity member and Pura Vida Board member, Lynn Kendig, Mary Sue Alexander, former Trinity member and Joyce Carnes will present a program celebrating the transformational work of Pura Vida.
Hear how Pura Vida is transforming lives in rural villages by:
- Providing educational scholarships and tutoring children.
- Supporting local schools to create lasting opportunity.
- Empowering families to build a better standard of living.
